There’s no doubt that losing weight requires a calorie deficit. The best way to get your deficit is through proper diet AND exercise, but just how much exercise do you need to lose weight? According to WebMD, you should aim for at least 3 hours per week, you can break that up into 30 minute or 1 hour workouts depending on your schedule.
