Aging doesn’t have to be a negative experience. As a matter of fact, you have the choice between aging like milk or like WINE (lol). If you’re 40 or older, try this fitness formula to feel like you’re in your 20’s again.

Over 40 “Do’s”:

Cardio: 30 minutes per day, 5 times per week. You can choose between jogging, cycling, group fitness aerobics and more.

Weight training: As we age, we lose muscle mass. Lifting weights is a great way to keep your body in tip top shape. Aim to add weight training to your weekly fitness formula for at least 20 minutes per session, twice per week.

Yoga: This is a great way to fight stress and tension. A recent study showed that women between the ages of 26-51 who did Yoga 3 hours per week lowered their anxiety by 30 percent!
