I’ve personally found that enjoying sweets early in the day gives my time to burn off the extra calories. I also develop a plan when I know me and my family are going out to eat. Most importantly, I make sure I eat the sweets I love the most because nothing is worse than wasting calories on something that doesn’t taste that good.
