While there are many foods that lead to weight gain, there are others that do the opposite. If you want to burn more fat, try adding these foods to your diet to give your metabolism a natural boost:

Whole grains – foods like oatmeal and brown rice are rich in fiber and your body burns twice as many calories breaking them down than processed foods.
