  1. Eat regularly. Waiting too long between meals can make you crave sugary, fatty foods. Instead, eat every 3-5 hours choosing nutrient dense foods to control your appetite.
  2. Get ACTIVE. When a sugar craving hits, walk away, literally. Take a walk around your neighborhood, try to change your scenery to help take your mind off the food you’re craving.
  3. SLAM on the breaks. Yep, try going cold turkey. As in NO sugar or sweets for 48-72 hours. Many people have found that this is a good method to rid themselves of sugar cravings all together.
