If you were a gym rat BEFORE the quarantine and struggling to stay motivated to do home workouts, here are 3 tips to reignite your fire:

  1. Create a workout schedule and STICK to it. Don’t fool yourself into thinking you can just “freestyle” your way through home fitness. Instead, create a schedule that includes specific times of day you will exercise and list what you will be doing each day.
  2. Create a BOMB playlist. There’s no doubt the music is a motivator. Pull together a list of songs to keep you motivation and don’t stop moving until you’ve gone through your list!
  3. Track your progress. Challenge yourself from week to week and make notes on areas that need improvement.
