If you’ve lost your fitness motivation and need a boost, try out some of these strategies to get back on track:

1) Switch up your playlist – choose a list of songs that motivate you to move. Rotate your music so you don’t get bored.

2) Get an Accountability Partner – find someone whose goals are aligned with yours and do daily/weekly check-ins.

3) Track your progress – stay on top of your diet/workouts to make sure what you are doing is working. Make adjustments where necessary.
