With all the dieting and exercise options out there, it can be really difficult to figure out what will work best for you. However, one of the best indications of overall health is how you “feel.” Here are some tips on “listening” to your body and making the best nutritional choices:

  1. Keep a food journal. Not only should you track what you’re eating, you should also keep notes on any discomfort you may feel after eating certain foods. Things like dairy products and soy have been known to cause bloating and your body just might be telling you to pull back on consuming it.
