It can be hard to stay motivated to lose weight, especially if you’re not seeing changes as fast as you’d like. However, there are creative ways to stay inspired so that you don’t completely fall off course.

Remember Why You Started

People want to lose weight for different reasons. What’s yours? Are you doing it to set a good example for your kids? Did your doctor recommend you lose weight for your help? Do you want to feel more energized or lose a dress size. A sure why to stay on track is to remember why you started.

Other ways to stay motivated include switching up your music playlist, trying a group fitness class, loving yourself as you are losing weight and even having more sex.
