A sure way to feel defeated is to compare your fitness progress to someone who may be more advanced than you. Fitness is not about being better than others, it’s about being better than you used to be. Never let what you can’t do interfere with what you CAN do.Personally, I made a commitment to just do the best I can. Sometimes that means running, sometimes it means walking.  Remember, everyone learns at their own pace, so don’t get caught up comparing your progress to others. Instead, commit to doing your best and you’ll continue to get better!
