When people see my postpartum weight loss, one of the most frequent questions I am asked is: “What do you eat?” Now, I’m the first to admit that I don’t eat “100%” clean but when I was actively trying to drop the extra “baby weight” I was very conscious of how I ate. Here’s a great plan by Jillian Michaels, it’s her “Ripped in 30″ meal plan that has dozens of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as recipes.

I also made sure I was active. In addition to my nature walks and group fitness classes at the gym, I also did work outs at home. I got most of my ideas from videos on YouTube. If you do a basic search, you can find TONS of free videos targeting specific muscle groups and emphasizing fat loss. Here are a few that I found helpful.
