If you’re one of the millions of people frustrated with your expanding midsection, here’s some good news: There are proven, effective ways to reduce bloat and help flatten your tummy. Here are 3 ways to get it done:

  1. Drink Ginger tea to give yourself a metabolic boost. Ginger has been proven to aid with digestion, which can help with slimming your waistline.
  2. Take an Epsom salt bath. Bathing in Epsom salt can help pull excess water from your body, reducing the appearance of bloat. HOWEVER, to avoid dehydration, limit this baths to only once per week.
  3. Avoid veggies that lead to bloat. Although vegetable are nutrient dense and good for the body overall, if you’re trying to tighten your tummy, there’s certain veggies to avoid. White onions, artichokes, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, raw spinach, and button mushrooms have been known to lead to bloat.
