NYDailyNews.com reports that that while Tom Joyner has been urging fans to listen to his show after Harvey’s controversial visit with President Trump, Brown was in negotiations to join Harvey’s show and is set to start any day now.

This will be interesting to see how and where Brown will fit on the 5 member morning crew, especially after his choice words in 2015, where he compared Joyner’s show to Harvey’s citing he could joke about anyone of the show without the host taking it personally:

“Tom has built a niche of a show where any minute, anyone can be the butt of the joke,” Brown said in his comically raspy voice. “I can listen to some other shows, where if you joke, the star of the show, I’m not calling anybody’s name — Steve Harvey — but he’s going to do another 20 minutes on you about how he didn’t like the joke you did about him.”

We’ve also learned that the “Steve Harvey Morning Show” will be moving to Los Angeles later this year as well.
