October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and by the time you see this post, it may not be October.  Bringing awareness to domestic violence is important to me because a lot of men and women are experiencing violence in their home and are afraid to talk about it.  I have been there.  I had the opportunity to talk to a domestic violence survivor Diona Clark who gave me her chilling testimony of being shot twice by her boyfriend. Listen to the entire interview if you or you know someone who is in a domestic violence situation to grasp some takeaways to apply to his/her life.
