Strawberry Letter 23: She Has No Proof Of Me Cheating

Dear morning crew,

I am a34 year old man. I’ve been married to my wife for five and been together since I was eighteen, we have two daughters.The problem is that my [wife] says that its okay for her to doubt me. Four five years ago I was in work release. While I was gone she was doing her thing, she was too busy to come see me but she passed right by where I was with someone else!

When I found this out I had someone to come, in the process she became pregnant with my son. He’s four. Now my problem is she cheated last year and and while I was gone but I am the one whose getting the treatment like it was me. She has no proof of me cheating, she says its easy for me to cheat with my baby momma! How much longer should I deal with her saying its okay to have these feelings and making me pay and it over and over! I’m trying to stay for my family but it’s too hard.

Do I need to go on with my life or deal with her insecurities for my girls? She doesn’t even come with us and the to pick up my son.
