<strong>Early voting</strong> for the <strong>December 1st</strong> runoff elections began today for <strong>Fulton</strong> and <strong>DeKalb</strong> counties. <strong>Atlanta City Council President Lisa Borders</strong> endorsed <strong>Kasim Reed</strong> for mayor Wednesday, saying he was the best candidate to improve the city's finances.
