Wendy Williams’ son, Kevin Jr. will have to find a new place to live. The 22-year-old has been evicted from his $2 million dollar Miami residence due to lack of payment from Wendy.
The eviction suit, claims rent has not been paid since February of this year. The landlord is seeking $70,000 in back rent.
In response to the lawsuit, Kevin Jr. shared his mother was paying the rent and due to recent health issues has not had access to her funds, leading to a lack in payment.
