Even though the city of Atlanta looks like it will be moving into phase 3 of reopening the city, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms it still urging everyone in Atlanta to keep their masks on. She recently spoke with Ryan Cameron about the plans for the city to move to phase 3 and also have some interesting stories about how her husband is still dealing with the after effects of COVID-19.
During the call Mayor Bottoms warned that even though we are moving in the right direction, that there is still a lot we do not know about COVID. She wants to make sure the city keeps its guard up, just in case another wave is around the corner once we hit fall.
She also stressed the important of voting, talked about street racing in Atlanta, as well as ways that the public can submit video interactions with law enforcement.
