Nene Leakes has confirmed that she in fact will be returning for the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
TMZ is reporting that show producers contacted NeNe earlier this month trying to negotiate with her to return because “the storylines were lacking excitement so far this season.”
We also know that Leakes popped up on the ladies filming in Jamaica as a surprise and some of the castmates were not too pleased on her return.
Previously Leakes stated that she was exploring new opportunities and has since made appearances on The Real, Fashion Police and even has a new game show with Betty White slated to hit television in 2016.
