Hello, Steve Harvey, and the morning crew!!

I listen to you all every morning!! I love you all!! Thanks for my morning laughter!!

I need some advice when it comes to my grandchildren. My grandchildren live with me because their mother does not have a place of her own as of yet, she is a single mother working and attending college, living with her father. My daughter’s Father he too had to talk to her about she using profanity when she talks to her children, because he came home and over heard some awful things she was saying to her children, The children’s father does not support his children like he should financially and all the weight falls on my daughter. My daughter is so frustrated at times that she tends to go overboard when she disciplines her 10 old son. I do not approve of the way she deals with him, just the other day I stopped her and stepped between her and my grandson, well needless to say I had to put my hands on her in his defense because she tried to step to me!! To make a long story short, I had to put her out of my house and take my house key because she was totally disrespectful. I asked her several times to leave, but she refused to. I wanted to beat the black off her!! but decided not to because my two other grandchildren were watching. My daughter tells me I was wrong for getting in her way of disciplining her son, and that I disrespected her in front of her children. I told her that I did not like the way she handled her son ( abusive) so I had to intervene. I need to know if I was wrong for interfering with her abrasive so called reprimanding of her son. My daughter told me I should mind my own business! but she was in my house!!! with her mess!!! I need to know if I was wrong for intervening.
