Until you understand the relationship between gratitude and happiness, you’ll always be unsatisfied. We are all magnets, attracting our most dominant thoughts. So, when you appreciate what you already have, you attract more things to be grateful for. On the other hand, when you complain, you attract more things to complain about.
It’s simply a matter of shifting your mind. Focus less on your problems and more on your blessings.
