Hit Or Miss: Mariah Carey’s New Single ‘Infinity’

Mariah Carey is back with the first single from her greatest hits album #1 to Infinity.

One thing’s for sure: she is definitely throwing darts at her soon to be ex-husband Nick Cannon with these lyrics.

“Why You mad? Talkin’ bout why you mad

Could it cause you lost the best you’ve ever had?

…Boy you actin so corny like fritos

wouldn’t have none of that without me though

Ain’t none of my business, just tea though”

Welp!

Yes, Mariah, spill all of the tea!

But we have to admit that we’re not digging the song. It kind of sounds like her 2009 single “Obsessed” with Gucci Mane. It seems like Mariah can’t quite find her sound anymore. We’d love to hear more of that old “Vision of Love” Mariah.
