Why were two teens boys in Maryland arrested after trying to steal a wagon full of girl scout cookies from some 12 and 13 year old scouts when they stepped away briefly…. the girls weren’t havin it!!! They ran an 18 year old boy down to GET BACK THE COOKIES!!!!! Neighbors heard the yelling and called police and tailed the getaway car…..
