Why was a NY mother…. who is charged in the death of her daughter…. possibly eligible for her daughter’s trust fund… The daughter was severely disabled.. and the trust was established from a malpractice suit during the daughter’s birth… The mother is accused of starving the girl and withholding medical care…..

While we’re talkin’ about prison… why was a Massachusetts Women’s Correctional Facility allowing male guards to video tape strip searches…. Since September 2008 male guards recorded the women on 274 occasions. Male guards were supposed to record from the neck up but 68 percent showed everything….
