Why did a father in Texas who paid a thousand dollars more than he owed in child support… get slapped with contempt of court for a clerical error… he has exhausted all of his appeals and now will have to serve 6 months in prison…
Funk Dat… He paid….. As a matter of fact he overpaid….. The people who made the error should serve that time….
