Usher’s ex-wife is fighting for full custody of her children, again.
According to TMZ, Tameka Foster filed court documents for an emergency custody hearing this week after her 5-year-old son Usher Raymond V nearly drowned while playing in the pool. He was under the care of Usher’s aunt at the time of the accident. A hearing has been scheduled for Friday (August 7) and both parties are expected to attend.
In the legal documents, Tameka claims that her ex-husband created a dangerous environment for their sons by allowing others to watch them.
“Tameka has complained about this woman before, saying that she let a stalker in the house where Usher and their sons were staying. Tameka also claims this same aunt is aggressive in disciplining the boys,” reports Madame Noire.
As we reported earlier:
After asking for help from two men working in the house, Usher V was freed and given CPR. Usher arrived shortly after and rode with his son as they rushed him to the hospital. Tests are being ran on Usher V and reports say he will be fine. Thank goodness!
Usher and Tameka, who were married for almost two years, have two sons together. Last year Kile, the 11-year-old son of Tameka Foster and Usher’s stepson, died after sustaining injuries in a jet ski accident.
