Okay, so for those who don’t follow tennis or the interviews that these two bad-ass tennis chicks give then let us catch you up on the situation!
According to Sports Grid, recently Serena Williams gave an interview in which she said,
“There are people who live, breathe and dress tennis. I mean, seriously, give it a rest …She begins every interview with ‘I’m so happy. I’m so lucky’ – it’s so boring…She’s still not going to be invited to the cool parties. And, hey, if she wants to be with the guy with a black heart, go for it.”
This statement never actually said Sharapova’s name but since Maria is now dating one of Serena’s ex-boyfriends, the assumption was made that Serena was speaking about Sharapova.
So then Sharapova responded! See her thoughts on Serena’s comments below!
But Serena Williams is never one to be out-done by Maria Sharapova…ever! So of course she immediately responded a few hours ago insisting that she had already apologized to Sharapova which actually confirmed for everyone that the comments were in fact about Maria!
Check it out!
Two things are pretty clear; This probably isn’t over and the court match-ups between these two ladies are about to get a whole lot more intense and interesting! Stay Tuned!
