The 2012 Grammy Award nominations were announced last night by Taylor Swift and LL Cool J.

Frank Ocean is leading the way with six nominations, including: “Album Of The Year,” “Bet Urban Contemporary Album,” “Record Of The Year” for his single “Thinkin’ Bout You,” and “Best New Artist.” Miguel and Janelle Monae got nominated in the “Song Of The Year” category with “Adorn” and “We Are Young.”

It is a big year for Hip Hop as Drake, Jay-Z and Kanye West go against each other for “Best Rap Song,” but the real heat lies in the “Best Rap Album” ring, where Drake, Nas, Two Chainz, The Roots and Rick Ross will compete for the coveted statue.

Trey Songz and Miguel also got nods for “Best R&B Song.”
