Chris Brown and his attorney have responded to the multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against him and Drake for their alleged role in the bloody brawl that broke out at New York City’s Club WiP last June.

Brown and his attorneys are calling the suit frivolous.

The owners of Club WiP are suing Chris Brown and Drake, claiming the two superstars instigated a huge fight which resulted in the club losing its liquor license and being shut down for a period of time. Breezy and Drake are being accused of ordering their entourages to jump into a fight when the two were exchanging words over Brown’s ex, Rihanna.

A rep for Brown released a statement from Brown’s Lawyer, Mark Geragos, who said, “It’s a frivolous lawsuit.”

Geragos and Brown say the lawsuit is nonsense because there are several eyewitnesses saying neither Drake or Breezy laid hands on each other during the altercation.
