Mary J. Blige, D’Angelo and Melanie Fiona have announced plans for a joint tour and are hitting the road for the ‘Liberation Tour.’
All three performed at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans this past weekend where the announcement was made.
Only six dates have been unveiled so far, the first being an Aug. 18 stop in Virginia Beach, Va. An Atlanta date has yet to be announced but we’ll be surprised if the tour doesn’t come to ATL, so stay tuned!
This is D’Angelo’s first tour in over a decade and this is a concert we would love to see!
