Jennifer Hudson Performs Whitney Houston Medley at Charity Gala [VIDEO]

Being that Whitney Houston presented Jennifer Hudson with her very first Grammy Award, its fitting that the “American Idol” continues to pay tribute to the legendary singer.

Hudson performed a medley of Whitney’s songs at the recent Samsung Hope For Children Gala in New York City. J Hud performed stirring renditions of  “How Will I Know,” “I’m Every Woman” and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”

BET will also honor Whitney at the 2012 BET Awards on July 1.
