My #WCW is a 2012 Sofia Chardonnay, Monterey, CA $19. Bright, juicy and nicely balanced with a hint of tropical fruit, this cool climate Monterey county wine delivers on all counts. Mouth-watering acidity meets lemon cream and crisp apple in every sip; a bit of Pinot Blac adds some soft mouthfeel and richness.
