Michigan charged six state employees with misconduct for the Flint water crisis. Nine state workers have so far been charged criminally.

POTUS also made sure to get some face time with Amariyanna Copeny, an 8-year-old from Flint that sent him a letter asking him to visit her town.

There are also accusations that inmates in Flint's county jail were forced to drink toxic water months after the fact.

Cities throughout the state such as Grand Rapids, Jackson, Detroit, Saginaw, Muskegon and Holland have seen higher cases of lead in children as far back as 2013.

Gov. Snyder will appear before the Michigan Congress Tuesday evening to present his plan.
