Prison time for T.I. seems to be inevitable, although prosecutors and defense lawyers representing the rap star are arguing in court over how much time he should spend in jail for violating his probation.
T.I. has reportedly failed a drug test with his probation officer and tested positive for marijuana and codeine, the active ingredient in the illegal drink “Sizzurp.” Now T.I. must face the judge who cut almost nine-years off of his original prison sentence and allowed the rapper to serve just one year, due to his celebrity influence over teens.
