Prison time for T.I. seems to be inevitable, although prosecutors and defense lawyers representing the rap star are arguing in court over how much time he should spend in jail for violating his probation.
The AJC is reporting that T.I. is headed back to Atlanta and may soon be ordered to face the federal judge who signed off on the deal that shaved years off a potential prison term. Meanwhile, the New York Daily News has learned that the controlled substance found in T.I. and Tiny’s vehicle were pills suspected to be the drug Ecstasy.
