Mister Cee, HOT97 DJ and former DJ for The Notorious B.I.G., was arrested for public lewdness and exposure of a person on Wednesday afternoon after police spotted the 44-year-old radio jock, born Calvin Lebrun, receiving oral sex in a car from a 20-year-old man.
