More than a half a dozen police cars surrounded the Memphis home of Lorenzen Wright’s ex-wife’s, Sherra Wright, now a suspect in his murder. On Sunday, detectives searched inside and out for clues into the murder of Wright’s ex-husband, a former Atlanta Hawk, Memphis Tiger and Memphis Grizzlies.
A body believed to be that of former Atlanta Hawks player Lorenzen Wright was found in southeast Memphis today according to sources. Wright was reported missing on July 22nd.
Lorenzen Wright, a former player for the NBA's Atlanta Hawks, has been a declared a missing person. His sister told police that he was last heard from over a week ago when he was visiting his children in Collierville, Tennessee. Wright lives in Atlanta.
