What was surprising about the 2010 BET Awards is that we didn’t see Jay-Z, Beyonce or Rihanna. Coincidence? Perhaps not! Mediatakeout.com is saying they got a report saying Hov, Ri Ri, and Bey boycotted the awards because Chris Brown was performing.

Beyonce and Jay-Z were seen out over the weekend however, someone else was driving Jay's jeep! It was Beyonce!

Nominees for the 2010 BET Awards have been revealed. This comes as no surprise, but Beyonce, Jay-Z and Rihanna lead all nominees this year.

One of the hottest tickets on Broadway is the musical "Fela!" which details the life of Fela Anikulapo Kuti, the father of Afro-beat music. The play, which was produced by Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Jay-Z, was nominated for eleven Tony Awards today.
