A body believed to be that of former Atlanta Hawks player Lorenzen Wright was found in southeast Memphis today according to sources. Wright was reported missing on July 22nd.

Lorenzen Wright, a former player for the NBA's Atlanta Hawks, has been a declared a missing person. His sister told police that he was last heard from over a week ago when he was visiting his children in Collierville, Tennessee. Wright lives in Atlanta.

Free agent Joe Johnson is staying with the Atlanta Hawks, his agent said in a blog published in the Huffington Post website on Sunday. Arn Tellem, Johnson's agent, said that Johnson was impressed with the team's commitment to him and would accept the club's offer of the six years at the NBA's maximum salary.

When it came time for the Atlanta Hawks to pick in the draft Thursday night, they liked enough players still available that they felt comfortable making a trade to move down. The move paid off for the Hawks. They still got a player they coveted, Xavier guard Jordan Crawford, while also acquiring another second-round draft pick.
