Deejay Casper is claiming that alleged Chicago Black Disciples leader, Marvel Thompson and his company M.O.B. Music Incorporated stole the rights to the “Cha-Cha Slide” from him. AllHipHop reports:
The men claim they collectively own the songwriting, performance and publishing rights to “Cha Cha Slide” and “Casper Slide Pt. 2.”
The lawsuit is filed against alleged Black Disciples “King” or leader, Marvel Thompson and his company M.O.B. Music Incorporated.
