At the 32nd Annual Actor Awards, the film Sinners stood out as the evening’s big winner. It took home the top prize for Outstanding Ensemble in a Motion Picture. The spotlight turned brightest when Michael B. Jordan won Outstanding Male Actor in a Leading Role for his powerful dual performance. The film blends history, culture and thrilling storytelling in a way that resonated with voters and audiences.

Women Shine Bright

Women had a meaningful night too. Jessie Buckley won Outstanding Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work in Hamnet. And Amy Madigan, at 75, won her first breakthrough award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Weapons. Her playful acceptance, complete with an iconic move from the film, had the crowd cheering.

Television Honors and Touching Tribute

On the television side, The Pitt and The Studio dominated their categories. The Pitt won Outstanding Drama Ensemble and its star Noah Wyle was named Outstanding Drama Actor. The Studio swept comedy honors. Tragically, Catherine O’Hara was awarded Outstanding Female Actor in a Comedy Series posthumously. Her co-star delivered a heartfelt tribute that moved many to tears.
