Americans are already thinking about how they wanna level up in 2026. A fresh survey shows only about three in 10 folks are even setting resolutions this year, and younger adults are way more into it than the older crowd. The top goal? Getting that body moving — exercising more is number one, followed closely by eating healthier, improving overall health, saving more money, and just plain wanting to be happier. It’s giving “I’m tired of struggling and I’m ready to do better,” whether that’s in the gym, the kitchen, or the bank account.

Now listen — people aren’t just saying “new year, new me” and leaving it at that. A lot of folks actually feel hopeful they can stick with their goals, with many saying they’re confident they’ll stay on track all year. And while some are dreaming big about learning new skills or focusing on mental health, most are keeping it real with practical, everyday changes they can actually maintain. So what about you? What’s your New Year’s resolution for 2026 — or are you skipping the “resolution” list and just doing you?
