Another house party. Another death. When will the violence end? Three teenagers were shot at a house party in Conyers, one of them died. Conyers police have two teenagers in custody for in the shooting, which killed 18-year old Daquavious Stephon Mapp, a student at Rockdale County High School.  A 15-year old was shot in the arm; and a 16-year old, shot in the hip.  Police arrested  17-year old Tevin Williams and 17-year old James Edwards. They face a long list of charges including aggravated assault, firearms possession and reckless conduct.

That began inside Treeleaf Lane, moved outside and then guns were pulled. According to lt. Jackie Dunn of the Conyers Police Department, both have admitted to shooting guns, but neither says their bullet was the one that hit Mapp.

Ballistics will determine which gun fired the shot that killed him.

About 200 to 300 people were packed inside a house for a party Saturday night before the fight broke out. The homeowner, 21-year-old Jeavoye Akeem Jones, charged a three dollar cover  to get in. Police say he was running the house party as if it was a club and charged him with running a disorderly home.
