Strawberry Letter 23: Revelation
Why, greetings, fairest Steve and Shirley:
I have reached a dilemma in my relationship. I am engaged to a beautiful, kind, pure maiden. We have dated for three months and she says she wants to wait for sex until marriage, which I respect. However, I accidentally walked in on her changing clothes the other day and that is when I stumbled upon a startling revelation: My fiancee has both male and female genitalia.
She says she was born in this state and was afraid to inform me of this. I can fully understand that, and I continue to love this woman to the fullest, but it saddens me that after three months of dating, as well as engagement, she wouldn’t trust me enough to let me know.
