This Christmas will not have an official “Queen of Christmas”. On Tuesday, the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board shutdown Mariah Carey’s attempt to trademark the titles Queen and Princess of Christmas.
Carey was attempting to pick up the title(s) to sale merchandise including albums, pet accessories sunglasses, etc..
It looks like Santa thought Mariah was a little naughty this year.
