Coming in at number 1 over the weekend was the animated movie “Toy Story 3” with $59 million.
Taking the second spot was the comedy “Grown Ups,” starring Chris Rock, which brought in $41 million. Tom Cruise’s comedy “Knight & Day” came in third and earned $20 million in it’s opening weekend.
Jaiden Smith’s “The Karate Kid” took the fourth spot and brought in $15 million for a total of $135 million since it hit theaters. And rounding out the top 5 was “The A Team” with $6 million.
