For the 6th time in 18 months, Atlanta residents in Fulton & DeKalb counties headed to the polls to choose who the 61st Mayor for the City Of Atlanta. City Councilman Andre Dickens & City Council President Felicia Moore were in the runoff for the office that is currently held by Keisha Lance Bottoms. In previous mayoral runoffs, the voter turn out is typically lower than the election and the margin of victory were consistently under 1000 votes. But, in this case, there won’t be any recounts necessary. Dickens received 64% of the vote to Moore’s 36%.

And this evening, Andre Dickens called into Ryan Cameron Uncensored to share his feelings after finding out he will be the next Mayor of Atlanta, if he had talked to the Governor Kemp yet, & what he intends to bring to the city as it’s leader.
