Strawberry Letter 23: Deeply In Love, But Hurting Inside
Good morning Steve and Morning Crew,
I have been married to my husband for 13 years and throughout my marriage I have been extremely faithful. But my husband put me in a situation that disturbes me to my core. My husband told me one night to get up we were going dancing.
Due to him never taking me out I jumped at the offer. We have to stop at his friends house to pick up his,and his girlfriend,we were going on a double date. His friends girlfriend was running late so he steps outside to call her. My husband starts to begin groping me I felt uncomfortable but wanted me to be spontaneous so I went with it. He begin proceeding to the friends bed room.
Im errie at this point. We here the friends front door open so my husband calls to make sure it was the friend and not a stranger walking in his house. Before I knew the friend walks in the room pulling off his shirt my husband tells me he was about to make my fantasy come true. WHAT THE HELL!!
All I could do was scream and run. Now he wants counseling. I asked what he was thinking among some other things said. He said in the heat of our passion we discussed it. In the heat of passion who knows what the hell I said. Counseling I don’t think so. I think he has done this before. I’m so hurt disgusted and can never look at him the same. I’m a Christian woman but know how to satisfy so I thought. Bringing someone else in I have a problem with. Like I said I’m a Christian but I’m leaning towards leaving and never returning.
If you can help with some of this please steer me in the right direction.
