Whether you know it or not, there are numerous hip hop acts in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, a trend that started back in 2007. Since Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five broke the plane, artists like Run-DMC, N.W.A., the Beastie Boys and more have crossed over into music immortality (as if they hadn’t done that already).
Well, the latest nominations are in, and among them for the class of 2020, is one of the most notable emcees of all time – the late, great Notorious B.I.G.
We won’t know for sure if he makes the final cut, but we’ll be the first to let you know if he does!
