Atlanta police chief promising to change the way officer involved shootings are handled

Atlanta police chief Erika Shields is promising to change the way the department handles officer involved shootings. Last month a detective killed Deaundre Philips who went to a police annex building to get some documents. The incident sparked angry protestors. The GBI will release it’s report to prosecutors who will decide if changes will be filed against officer Yasmin Abdulahad.
